Our goal is to make buying parts easy and hassle-free. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and delivered within 2–5 working days.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM Gulf Standard Time will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

If a part is not in stock, our customer service team will reach out via email, WhatsApp, or phone to inform you of the expected preparation date.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy applies before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, the Return Policy takes effect.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If you cancel your paid order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a 100% refund with no cancellation fees.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

After 24 hours of placing your order, a 20% cancellation fee applies if the order has already begun processing. This fee is imposed by our parts distributors and not by Upshift.

Return Policy

The return policy applies once the order has been handed over to the delivery provider. Prior to this, the Cancellation Policy applies.

Missing or Damaged Parts

If your package arrives with missing or damaged parts, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide details and include clear photos and/or videos.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected parts. Claims made after 10 days will not be accepted, and the order will be considered delivered in good condition.

Incorrectly Selected Parts

Our specialists are always available to help verify part compatibility. If you place an order without consulting our team, we will assume you have verified compatibility yourself.

In such cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly selected parts. To avoid mistakes, please contact our team before purchasing.

Change of Mind or Unneeded Parts

If you change your mind or no longer need the parts after receiving them, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Please confirm the necessity of the parts before placing your order.

Undelivered Orders Returned to Warehouse

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts beyond our control, we can reship the order to you. However, you will be responsible for all reshipping costs, including the cost of the return and redelivery.
